- To keep you organized.
- Organization is really important to your weight loss success, believe it or not. You want to make sure you’ve got everything you need all in one easy to get to place.
- To help hold you accountable.
- Food journaling is VERY important, whether you’re following a certain weight loss program, counting calories, maintaining your desired weight, or on a different diet plan – you always want to make sure you log each and every thing that you put in your mouth. Be honest! You’re only cheating yourself.
- To keep you motivated and focused on your goals.
- One exercise that I really recommend is to make a list of every single thing you are looking forward to when you reach your goal weight.
- For example, I’m REALLY looking forward to buying a whole new wardrobe because nothing I own fits me anymore.
- To give you easy access to all the resources you need to succeed.
- I have my diet plan in my binder with me at all times. It’s literally my weight loss Bible so I need it handy. I’ve also taken digital photos of the important pages of my book and have them on my phone with me. This makes it easy when I’m at the store, grocery shopping, or in a restaurant to know what I can and cannot eat.
- In my weight loss binder, I also have my food diary section. I custom-made and printed myself out a template of my eating plan so I know what I’m supposed to have each and every day. The better you plan your food, the easier dieting is!
- It’s so easy for me to keep on track because I’m able to simply plug-in what I ate to fulfill my required daily servings of:
- protein
- veggies
- fruit
- starches
- snacks
- water consumption
- vitamins and supplements
- etc.
- Here’s my free food diary template to get you started with creating yours.
- To make you HAPPY (when you look at it).
- This one is SUPER important. Your weight loss binder is going to be your best friend throughout this process. Have fun with it! Enjoy the process.
- Splurge on a nice binder that makes you happy just by looking at it. I got mine at Target and absolutely love it. I take it with me where ever I go.
- This binder is a symbol of so many good things in your life. It’s a symbol of the hard work and commitment you’re putting in to your goals. It’s the embodiment of your journey. This binder should definitely make you smile whenever you see it or utilize it!
- To help you make good decisions.
- On my daily food diary sheets, I also track: my weight, my blood pressure, the date and number of day of my program it is, and what week I’m in.
- It’s super encouraging to be able to go back and see how far you’ve come and the progress you’re making on your weight loss journey. Just remember – KEEP GOING. You WILL get to where you want to be!
One last thing… you should try this 10-second “morning trigger” that burns up to 2 pounds of belly fat per day…
“All this by a 10-second morning trigger?” I asked.
I met an old friend for lunch last month and I was super impressed with how good she looked.
She said, “It’s not so much about the morning trigger, but more about how they help raise your body’s low core temperature to dramatically increase your fat burning metabolism and improve your health and appearance.”
Even though I was skeptical, I’ve been struggling with my weight over the last few years, so I gave it a shot and watched the same video she did.
Well, it’s only a couple weeks later and you know what they say about how “you can’t transform your body overnight”…
They’re right — it actually took me 19 days to lose 24 pounds.
Now it’s my girlfriends asking ME what I’M doing differently
Imagine waking up every morning full of energy and loving what you see in the mirror…
